Direct Marketing Campaign Manager
**Are you ready to join a growing team?** **CTG is seeking to fill a Direct Marketing Campaign Manager opening for our client in New York.** **Location:** Remote **Duration:** 6 months **Overview:** The Direct Marketing Team is the Center of Excellence (COE) responsible for all direct marketing efforts, including direct mail, email, and statements across various business lines, such as Retail and Deposits, Consumer Lending, Business Banking, Wealth, Institutional, and Commercial sectors. The Direct Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for effective planning, designing, and flawless execution of direct marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business goals. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Build strong relationships with marketing and business partners to understand business goals and develop direct marketing strategies to support them. + Influence business lines to invest in and test new offers and channels, assisting in business case development for further direct marketing investments. + Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership, including campaign results, insights, and strategic recommendations. + Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of direct marketing campaigns across direct mail, email, statements, and other one-to-one marketing channels. + Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate direct marketing with other marketing initiatives to maximize effectiveness. + Work with direct marketing analytics teams to develop and execute a robust learning agenda for each business line. + Partner with internal marketing teams to ensure effective use of budgets and optimal campaign performance. + Align direct marketing efforts with brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all communication channels. + Manage external vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and overseeing vendor risk management. + Keep vendor partners informed about objectives, results, and cross-channel integrations to enhance campaign effectiveness. **Scope of Responsibilities:** This role is responsible for executing effective marketing and communication programs to support business objectives while reinforcing the company's brand identity. **Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:** This role may oversee external vendor relationships but does not have direct reports. **Education and Experience Required:** + Bachelor’s degree. + 5+ years of experience managing marketing campaigns in a client or agency environment, or an equivalent combination of education and progressive related experience. + Strong experience in invoice processing, communicating specifications to direct mail vendors, and quality assurance for direct mail campaigns. **Education and Experience Preferred:** + Experience with financial services marketing. + Knowledge of direct marketing analytics and optimization strategies. + Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $107,000 to $115,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
