Direct Marketing Senior Manager (A&H)

Purpose:

Management of strategic Thailand projects to seek and optimize opportunity to grow sustainably Direct Marketing and remain #1 proposition in Thailand. Management of overall A&H products across APAC for Direct Marketing and Digital Direct Marketing.

Work along side with Head of Direct Marketing and Head of Digital to sustain profitability and drive growth through products in Direct Marketing channel and Digital channel and across Line of Business.

 

Responsibilities:

Project Management

Responsible on Project Management focusing to drive Thailand Growth through Customer-Lifetime-Value : X-sell, Upsell, Online-to-Offline, and Click-to-Call, and TMR Optimisation.  Support Business Development on deal referral that involved Direct Marketing 

 

Campaign Management

Work closely with Head of Campaign Management on financial projection and strategy to win and/or renew especially on the large TH deals. Stay on top and focus on tier 2 markets namely MY, HK and ID to explore opportunity for growth with support to business development initiatives, Go Deep with existing partners through channel expansion, product diversification, x-sell and upsell opportunities. Support Head of Campaign Management on Referral of deals  

 

Product Strategy

Drive product strategy and product packages for Direct Marketing and Digital Direct Marketing channel to have best in class product suits in the markets where we operate. Align, Engage, and Explore opportunity to plan and execute product journey and product factory across markets that can be leveraged and shared to fasten speed to market from U/W and approval standpoint. Design sustainable product roadmaps to cater different customer journeys including omnichannels, O2O for ability to effectively maximize sales through cross sell and upsell activities Explore product bundling concept with other LOB inclusive of Travel, IPL, and SPL to enhance Chubb’s products proposition. Work closely with Head of Campaign Management/ Actuary to address and improve portfolios profitability through the revisit of product and its coverage. Coordinate with Business Development to propose strategically ‘right’ products to win new partnership.  Experienced in A&H DM and DDM with insurance knowledge and understanding Chubb is a plus. Background in marketing/ product development/ actuary/ or customer relationship management  Proven record of ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization across all levels and in multicultural/ remote environment to be able to manage and drive the change. Possess strong analytical thinking, influencing, and interpersonal skills to coordinate work effectively in a high performing work environment. Capabilities in understanding and balancing customer centric and financial management.
