Job DescriptionEffectively develop and lead a Rental Catalog Sales team consisting of Direct Sale Specialist(s) and Direct Sale Support Specialist(s) and Industrial Footwear Sales Representative(s) to achieve the Group’s Catalog Revenue goals. Responsible for successfully recruiting top talent, onboarding and training new Sales partners, and driving partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Develop and implement a strategic plan for Rental Group staffing needs. Recruit and hire top talent for the Rental Catalog Sales Organization. Network and stay involved with local organizations to ensure that Cintas has a positive reputation in the community and is an employer of choice for candidates. Take ownership for the training, development, and success of all new hires. Assess the developmental needs and objectives for each Catalog Sales partner and ensure that developmental goals are being achieved. Continually manage performance for each Sales partner and provide supportive coaching and follow-up on a daily basis. Complete field rides with partners and conduct field ride recaps. Prepare and conduct semi-annual and annual reviews for Sales partners. Conduct goodwill visits to customer locations to ensure satisfaction with the quality of products provided. Continually evaluate Rental Sales Catalog Program to ensure that customers’ needs are met. Must meet or exceed all team and location(s) sales goals, including but not limited to activity goals, sales volume goals, and headcount goals. Must demonstrate a full understanding of the business, and work with location leadership to create a vision and strategy to achieve all goals.Skills/Qualifications
Required
Highschool diploma/GED equivalent Valid and active driver’s license required Must have ability to travel up to 60% of the time, including overnight stays when necessary 2-5 years of sales experience requiredPreferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred 2-5 years of business-to-business sales experience preferred
