The Role
Are you passionate about delivering innovative managed services solutions to clients and building strong, long-lasting relationships? We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will not only manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients but also take an active role in identifying and winning new business opportunities.

What You’ll Do:
Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of managed services clients, ensuring long-term relationships.
Develop and execute a strategic sales approach to expand our managed services footprint, targeting new clients and industries.
Manage the entire sales cycle for managed services, from proposal creation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Actively prospect and engage new accounts, positioning Fujitsu as a trusted partner in their IT transformation journey.
Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline, forecast account activity, and report progress to senior leadership.
Proactively identify and address client challenges, providing strategic solutions that align with their business goals.
Keep track of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to uncover new business opportunities.
Participate in the creation and execution of strategic account plans to ensure the growth and profitability of key accounts.
Continuously improve client engagement and retention strategies, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service excellence.
Who We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in direct sales, business development, and account management with at least 5 years of experience in managed services.
A networker with extensive business relationships.
Strong understanding of managed services, IT solutions, and service delivery models.
A hunter mentality, with a proactive approach to identifying and converting new business opportunities.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to manage complex accounts and build strong, trusted relationships with clients.
A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to solving client challenges and identifying new opportunities.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Nice to Have:
Experience in managing and delivering managed services solutions to a variety of industries.
Familiarity with the latest trends in managed services, cloud solutions, and IT infrastructure.
Knowledge of customer retention and engagement strategies within the managed services sector.
