Seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Person to join our team on a Part-Time, hourly basis. As a Direct Support Person, you will be responsible for providing emotional and physical support to clients in their homes, assisting them with activities of daily living, and ensuring their safety and well-being. This is an individual contributor role that requires a strong commitment to providing top-quality healthcare services.

CASE DETAILS:  case is located in Kingston, TN.   The family has requested a male worker 

because of the activities that the client will be doing. 

Days of Service:  will be either on a Thursday or Friday

Compensation:
The compensation for this position is $15 per hour. 

*** Client enjoys, playing different card games, board games and enjoys watching & discussing NASCAR

Responsibilities: 
• Assist with meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
