**Job Overview**
**Direct Support Professional (DSP) – HCBS – Sleep Night Staff**
Start your evening assisting clients with evening routines, then sleep overnight, unless clients need support, in the morning help them with morning routines before leaving for the day.

Hills & Dales is a non-profit organization dedicated to building meaningful lives for individuals with disabilities. We are seeking passionate Direct Support Professionals to support children and adults with intellectual and physical disabilities.
**Position Type:** Full-time positions currently available:
1. The schedule provides an average of **203 days off a year** with just a 3 day work week.)
2. The schedule provides an average of **152 days off a year** with just a 4 day work week.)
3. Receive Premium Pay (1.5 times base wage) for any Weekend Hours.
**Wage:** Starts at $15.54/hour (and a premium rate of pay offered for week shifts at $23.31/hour)
1. Additional pay for 1 or more years work experience in HCBS setting.
2. Additional pay for college related education for AA or BS/BA; or CMA/CNA Certifications as well.
**Requirements:**
+ Applicants must be able to meet the following requirements:
+ S. Diploma or Equivalent, Valid driver's license,
+ Valid driver's license
+ Ability to qualify as an approved driver.
+ Use of personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursement available)
+ Minimum insurance requirements: $25,000 bodily injury liability (found on Declarations page of your policy)
