Job Description: We are seeking adedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. Inthis role, you will provide direct care and support to youth in our treatmentcenter, helping them with daily activities, implementing individualized careplans, and fostering a safe and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities: + Assist youth with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and recreational activities. + Implement and follow individualized care plans and behavioral support plans. + Monitor and document the progress and behavior of youth. + Provide emotional support and encouragement to youth. + Ensure a safe and clean living environment. + Collaborate with other team members, including therapists, counselors, and medical staff. + Participate in training and professional development opportunities. Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in social work, psychology, or a related field is a plus. + Previous experience working with youth, especially in a treatment or residential setting, is preferred. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations. + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. + Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
