Located in **Titusville, FL** , this position is responsible for working alongside the adolescent male population (ages 12-17). This position is responsible for: + **Providing Personal Care** : Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. + **Behavioral Support** : Implement behavior management plans and support individuals in developing coping strategies. + **Skill Development** : Facilitate skill-building activities, including social skills, communication, and life skills training. + **Crisis Intervention** : Recognize signs of distress and de-escalate situations effectively and safely. + **Documentation** : Maintain accurate records of client progress, incidents, and daily activities. + **Transportation** : Assist clients with transportation to appointments, community activities, or school. + **Collaboration** : Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, nurses, and family members. + **Training and Education** : Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on best practices in behavioral health support. **Learn more about our Residential Facility!** **Position Details:** **Salary:** **_Starts at $16.25 - $19.89 / hour_** **_PLUS_** _additional compensation:_ _Shift differential (up to $2.00 / hour)._ _Relevant experience in field (up to $2.00 / hour)._ _Credit for higher education ($.48/hr for Bachelors degree; $.72 / hr for Masters degree)._ **Shifts: Currently hiring for 2nd (3:00pm to 11:00pm) and 3rd shift (11:00pm - 9:00am).
