Direct Support Professional
+ Pay Rate: + 36hrs - $19/hr + 32hrs - $18/hr + Hours worked over 40 will be paid out at a time & a half ($19 x 1.5 = $28.50hr) ($18 x 1.5= $27/hr) + Both PRN, Part Time & OT are offered regularly. The Direct Support Professional provides support to people in completing their day-to-day personal needs, cooking healthy meals, accessing medical care, employment support, and social activities. DSPs assist individuals in developing key life skills by providing supports based upon their person-centered plan in meaningful day and community living programs. These positions are a critical to the people we support and could entail day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
