We are seeking passionate Direct Support Professionals to support children and adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. This thrilling role offers a unique 3 day work week that allows you to balance your life while making an impact. **Position Type:** Full-time positions currently available: 1. The schedule provides an average of **203 days off a year** with just a 3 day work week.) 2. Receive Premium Pay (1.5 times base wage) for any Weekend Hours. **Wage:** Average of $20.71 per hour based on blended wage during weekdays (lower) and weekend premium pay (higher) hours 1. Additional pay for 1 or more years work experience in ICF Setting. 2.
