Open Cases: LANGUAGE: ENGLISH FEMALE + Bronx 10458: Verbal 28 year old female, 10 hours a week of community habilitation to improve independent living skills. Desired schedule: open, Diagnosis: Autism + Bronx 10467: verbal 9 year old male, 7 hours a week of respite to partake in social recreational activities, 10 am – 1:30 pm Saturday & Sunday. Diagnosis: Intellectual Disability + Bronx 10462: verbal 16 year old male, 16 hours a week of respite to partake in social recreational activities, flexible schedule, after 4 pm any day during the week. Diagnosis: Autism MALE + Bronx 10457: Verbal 17 year old male, 4 hours a week of community habilitation to improve independent living skills. Desired schedule: Saturday or Sunday after 11am . Diagnosis: Autism, emotional outburst + Bronx 10455: Verbal 12 year old male, 15 hours a week of respite to partake in social recreational activities and 10 hours a week of community habilitation goal oriented.
