The focus is often on community integration, skill development, and promoting independence. Direct Support Professionals foster positive self-esteem in individuals, whether in a habilitation setting or in the community, by consistently providing positive interactions, support, encouragement, and unwavering respect for individuals' rights. Pay Rate: $16.75-$17.50/hr.+ based on experience!
