What You Will Do:
Assist persons served with daily living activities, as well as engage in activities such as arts, crafts, and gamesProvide support with shopping, doctors appointments, etc.Medication administration, documentation, and appointment summariesBe a champion and advocate for persons served achievements and personal goalsMinimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/EquivalentValid Driver License and ability to drive an organization vehicleAct 33/34/73 Clearances, Pre-Employment Drug Screen, Physical/TBMust successfully pass Department of Public Welfare Medication Training within 90 days of employmentPosition Highlights and Benefits:
