Responsibilities: As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, helping them live meaningful, independent lives. Key duties include: + Care & Support: Assist with daily living activities, personal care, meal prep, and medication management. + Emotional Support: Encourage independence and provide companionship and encouragement. + Community Engagement: Plan and participate in community-based activities, social events, and outings. + Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client progress, health, and incidents.
