This position is responsible for a ssisting with medical appointments, stocking medical supplies, and assistance in keeping all medical documentation files up to date, as well as administering medications as prescribed by physician. Grant is the home to five people and is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Woodstock, and is a short drive to the village. The people who live at Grant enjoy engaging with the staff who work there, who truly become a big part of their lives. A high school diploma or GED is desired. Post-high-school education in Human Services is a definite plus. An acceptable NYS driver's license and basic computer knowledge are a must. An informative, paid new hire orientation is provided in a comfortable learning environment. Training will also include Van Certification, SCIP, First Aid/CPR, and Medication Administration certific ation. HOURS: 40/Monday through Friday - 8:00 am to 4:00 pm STARTING SALARY: $ 19.76 to $ 21.74 per hour, with additional shift differentials as applicable Minimum Requirements + High School Diploma or GED is preferred + Acceptable NYS Driver's License + Computer skills
