This position provides direct services to support a recovery lifestyle of people living in the program. All positions within this classification administer client medications and provide services that support a therapeutic co-occurring milieu. The Direct Support Recovery Worker position pays $21.50-$22.50 per hour.\n

This position also includes a $3500 sign-on bonus, $1750 paid upon 3 months of full-time employment, $1750 paid after 6 months of employment. This sign-on bonus applies to new hires.\n

DUTIES:\n\nProvides residents with necessary support for accomplishing tasks of daily livings.\nAssists with all client admissions and discharges.\nAssists clients in connecting with any appropriate community resources.\nDevelops and implements structured activities, recreation and\/or therapeutic activities or groups for residents, i.e., trips, discussions, games, and activities of daily living as assigned.\nCommunicates and coordinates with family members\/guardians as necessary.\nContributes to quality assurance through maintenance of client records.\n\n
QUALIFICATIONS:\n
High School Diploma or equivalent and valid driver's license required. Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred. 1-2 years of direct care\/mental health or relevant life experience preferred. \n
