Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health – Massachusetts, Webster House, is an off campus located in Webster, MA and serves co-ed youth, ages 6 to 12, in an emergency shelter. With a 1:3 staff to student ratio, the emphasis at Webster House is to identify and treat safety/risk factors, barrier behaviors, factors that precipitated placement, and facilitate reintegration of the youth to the family or next appropriate placement in the shortest time period possible, usually within a matter of days.onsored

QualificationsJob Qualifications:
21 years of age or older.Valid MA Drivers LicenseBachelor's degree or High-school diploma/GED with relevant human services experience required. Previous experience preferred (needed if high school graduate), working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders.Must be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification with 90 days of employmentAbility to attend 2 week orientation, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, in Rutland, MA.
