As a Direct Tax Specialist you will be responsible for:

Tax compliance including CIT for entities located across EUCAN and GEM countriesQuarterly/annual income tax accounting reporting within the region including tax reporting within the Hyperion financial systemVerifying, communicating and implementing tax legislative changes within the regionSupporting corporate projects in the area of direct taxes

Accountabilities:

Tax compliance focusing on CIT: Coordinating the preparation of tax compliance with service provider, statutory reporting team and alignment on information and data requests, monitoring timeliness and accuracy of data for assigned entities, reconciliation of CIT accountsLiaising with and support the central tax team on a regular basis in the areas of Tax and Tax Accounting and Transfer PricingVerifying, communicating and implementing legislative changes within the regionQuarterly/annual income tax accounting reporting within the region including: tax reporting within the Hyperion financial systemHarmonization and automation of processes and procedures within the Tax Solutions teamSupporting TBS and local teams in ad hoc questionsMaintaining proper tax reporting documentationSupport other Tax SpecialistsParticipate in the integration of the legacy organizations and teams, consolidation of legal entitiesMaintain high level of service and controlsFocus on the implementation of best practices and establishment of scalable processes
