SET THE COURSE

Responsible for managing Omni Inventory between channels.  This includes ensuring that Tommy Bahama Retail stores as well as Ecom have the correct inventory levels by product classification to achieve their financial sales and profit goals.  This is accomplished through EOM management, Bulk management, store planning and analysis, initial allocations, replenishment, and field communication.

BE THE ISLAND GUIDE

Collaborate with Planners and Buyers to define store attributes to develop and maintain store clusters for volume, climate, location and assortment groups.Performs pre-season, in-season, and post-season analysis to uncover opportunities and risks at the store/style level. Develop recommendations for in-season changes and pre-season assortment plans to ensure maximization of objectives. Review with Manager, Buyers & Planners.Ensure that initial buys provide size/color coverage to execute planned allocations. Key partner in supporting the division’s buy process by providing updated size information for each season and by location.Execute initial allocations to ensure that stores are positioned on all appropriate styles to achieve sales and sell-thru plans, report on in-stock positions for floor sets, and ensure product vision can be executed in store. Manage final allocation timeline to achieve Company goals.Ensure that all styles that are appropriate for replenishment are set up and that replenishment models are actively managed weekly based on seasonality curves and individual store performances. Review items continually with Planners to ensure future stock flow will meet stores needs.Ensure that appropriate inventory is in place to support new store openings, remodels, and space adjustments. Monitor post change performance to make further adjustments.Manage DC inventory weekly to determine overstocks, re-buy needs, outlet transfers, model adjustments or removals. Important to communicate proactively to team styles which are in route early or late as this can have an impact on business needs.Collaborate with Planners to forecast and update monthly unit flow requirements on core product from the DC. Communicate and prioritize pick, pack and shipping needs in peak periods. Prioritize and maintain store replenishment order.Become the store expert on product needs and opportunities through field communication, store visits, and analysis. Responsible for collaborating with Buyers on identified opportunities and responding to field on fulfilling needs. Determine, manage and execute stock balances between stores in a timely and profitable manner. Apply store knowledge based upon attributes, field input, and historical data to influence and direct distribution decisions.Optimize inventory across channels while maintaining appropriate levels of inventory in DC to satisfy online orders (eComm and Kiosk).

ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.3-5 years’ experience in allocations and replenishment required.Experience in a multi-channel retail environment preferred.Knowledge of Tommy Bahama brand and target customers.Good written and verbal communication.Must be detail oriented.Excellent follow-up skills.Advanced computer skills required (specifically Word and Excel.)Strong analytical skills.Well organized, self-starter and multi-task oriented.Ability to prioritize tasks in order of importance to meet deadlines.Good decision-making abilities.Strong collaborative work style.

Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual’s experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.

Rate Range: $78,000 to $90,000 salaried
