Director, 3rd Party Solutions

This individual will a team of technology consultants, 3rd party product managers and 3rd party relationship managers. This person will be responsible for creating a 3rd party strategy, defining a pricing / cost model, managing relationships and contracts with 3rd parties and creating an operating model to implement and maintain these solutions.  This will require strong collaboration with sales and communication to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Define strategy and pricing modelManage relationships with 3rd parties and establish a governance process to onboard them.Create processes and an operating model to implement and maintain 3rd party solutionsCommunicate and collaborate with sales and customers to ensure they know the offering and value.

Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):

Education/Training –

College degree or equivalent experience; Masters preferred

Business Experience –

Demonstrable experience working in highly matrixed and collaborative situationsExperience working with customers / suppliers and sales reps to deliver exceptional customer experienceExperience working with various stakeholders to create and prioritize a project funnelExperience working with a centralized IT / development team (ie you don’t directly manage the BA’s, developers, architects) to deliver technical solutionsExperience leading product managers using the Scaled Agile Framework methodologyConsistent interaction with executive leadershipTrack record of developing leaders and creating a culture of collaborationStrong financial acumen

Specialized Knowledge/Skills –

Ability to develop, drive, implement and maintain innovation and promote continuous improvement around customer experience, rep experience and back office processes.Demonstrated experience in continuously working with teams to get feedbackExcellent communication skills; includes written, verbal, and presentationA resilient individual with exceptional abilities to learn fast, solve problems and take ownership

Working Conditions:

Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.) –

Traditional office environment, including remote office (i.e., work from home)Limited travel requirements, up to 20%

Physical Requirements (Lifting, standing, etc.) –

Large percent of time performing computer based work is required.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$122,000 - $203,400
