POSITION SUMMARY

The Director, ACUVUE Portfolio Strategy Global Success Models will be responsible for defining, implementing, and managing our product portfolio strategy across a diverse global market footprint and crystalizing and deploying the global marketing and commercial praxis for sustained long term value creation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic thinking, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to optimize portfolio performance and align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a combination of both Global Strategic and Operational in Market experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Portfolio Management Strategy (50%)

Define and execute a forward-thinking portfolio management strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term vision and market opportunities.Lead a team of portfolio managers, fostering a high-performance culture that encourages innovation and strategic alignment. Influences and drives decision making across the Segment Leaders and Regional Heads to land the Global Portfolio recommendations successfully.Responsible for understanding how the current evolution of our portfolio as well as the key innovation and strategies might impact in the PL in the mid- and long-term horizon and propose corrective actions when either the NIS, GP or Earnings deviate from the Vision.

Portfolio Lifecycle (20%)

Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to market exit, ensuring that all products align with customer needs and market dynamics.Implement and refine frameworks for evaluating product performance and determining future investments, enhancements, or phase-outs.

Global Success Models (30%)

Strategically defines a clustered market segmentation based on patient pathway, ECPs influence and recommendation, retail construct, access, competitive landscape or in market capabilities where the cluster markets could benefit from patient acquisition and retention learnings and practices. Creates a model to collect, analyze and subtract the key learnings and implications across the major marketing and commercial practices in the key cluster markets. Organizes successful practices by ensuring they have the right fit to ACUVUE Vision and Purpose and delivery into the financial goals. Creates a go to market / activation score card and model by cluster.Deploys and shares those successful practices as well as learnings from failed practices to the regions, markets as well as Global functions to raise both the floor and the ceiling and help to inform both the Global Strategy and enhance in market execution.Operationalize it by creating a GSM / Digital / Regional / Markets engagement process where the model is fed with ongoing practice and new learnings and value are crystalized and shared with the markets for implementation.

Strong leadership and collaboration skills are required.New Product Launch experience required.Having a strategic mindset and the ability to develop plans and roadmaps is essential.Mindset for continuous improvement and implementing best practices is required.Up to 25% of business travel (domestic international) required.Experience in scaling up marketing or commercial models across multiple global markets is preferred.Experience in launching Innovation on a global scale is preferred.Experience in either consumer healthcare and pharma OR experience in CPG / FMCG / Beauty is preferred.Experience in financial modelling is preferred.
