The Director, Advanced Analytics - Governance & Strategy will be responsible for leading and managing business operations and strategic projects within the Analytics organization for Walmart eCommerce. This role will report directly to the Vice President of eCommerce Analytics and involve developing and managing strategic projects, optimizing business processes, and driving collaboration, accountability, and overall effectiveness for the Analytics function. The Director, Advanced Analytics - Governance & Strategy will play a key role in ensuring seamless end-to-end execution of critical projects and initiatives that will directly enable the growth of the Analytics function for Walmart eCommerce.

Designing, socializing, and implementing governance processes to drive efficiencies and optimize decision making across teamsBuilding credibility within the eCommerce organization to become a trusted advisor for senior executivesCreating and presenting executive level communications that synthesize key takeaways and inform stakeholdersDriving coordination across stakeholders to ensure seamless end to end execution of strategic projectsOversee all aspects of project management for key strategic projects including tracking and reporting on status, managing resources, and building out project plans, budgets, and timelinesBuilding a culture of continuous improvement by highlighting industry trends, measuring learnings and adoption within the Analytics function, and developing playbooks for future executionRepresenting Analytics POV in relevant cross-functional forums ensuring a consistent message across the organizationActing as the representative for Analytics in cross-functional meetings (e.g., strategic planning)Prioritizing key initiatives with senior leadersActing as a liaison to key partner teams (i.e., Site Merchandising)Presenting to executive leadership teamWhat you’ll bring
8-10 years of professional experience within a data driven eCommerce or digital marketing organization or Consulting firm; an MBA preferredIn-depth knowledge of eCommerce and / or experience working at a tech companyFluency in translating complex data into actionable insights for multiple teams and demonstrated ability to drive operational changesStrong analytical, quantitative, and project management skillsExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts on behalf of business partners and to senior executivesExperience working cross-functionally among business stakeholders and technical teamsThe above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role. Hoboken, New Jersey US-10649/Bellevue, Washington US-11075:The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-04396:The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
