\nThis is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team! As a Director of Americas Marketing Regional Strategy you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's \"commercial engine\" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. On the Americas Marketing Regional Strategy team reporting to Senior Director, Americas Marketing Regional Strategy, you will work on projects marketing the company’s portfolio of hotels in the Americas. You will focus on Commercial Priority segments to grow both consideration and overall Market Share in emerging areas including, but not limited to, Luxury, Lifestyle, and New Brands. You will work with the Global Brand Marketing teams and the Content, Media, and Partnerships teams based in Mclean, VA to develop programs and content to build preference and distinction for Hilton’s properties in these segments.

\nWhat your day-to-day will be like:·
\n\nYou will lead a team of regional marketing experts to deliver marketing programs to understand business dynamics and drive commercial performance for these segments.\nYou will brief and manage the creation of high-impact mid and lower-funnel marketing programs and creative to drive both consideration and market share for corresponding brands and hotels in the region.\nYou will be accountable for performance outcomes, including helping to identify and solve gaps with consistent analysis, measurement, and evaluation of key initiatives and opportunities.\n\nHow you will collaborate with others:
\n\nYou will deliver and champion marketing strategies through insight-driven storytelling of performance garnering support from key stakeholders.\nYou will translate and prioritize regional objectives into actionable integrated marketing plans to be aligned and executed across a matrixed marketing organization.\nYou will partner with a team of cross-functional marketing experts to direct, optimize, and manage marketing plans.\nYou will serve as a trusted thought and accountability partner to key commercial and brand stakeholders.\n\nWhat projects you will take ownership of:
\n\n You will develop a regional presence that aligns and localizes brand and category-specific goals as outlined by Global Brand and Americas Commercial partners.\n You will be an expert in priority segments, markets and consumers needs and define clear objectives and opportunities for growth. \nYou will manage annual strategic marketing plans for priority markets and segments in coordination with the Global Brand and Americas Commercial teams.\n\nWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
\nYou have these minimum qualifications:
\n\nTen (10) years of work experience in consumer-centric commercial marketing roles– within global, consumer brand company(ies).\nFive (5) years of experience leading people and cross-functional teams, ideally with experience managing remote teams.\nPrevious experience working with both marketing and commercial stakeholders to deliver a balance of brand and commercial needs.\nTravel 25%\n\nIt would be useful if you have:
