Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field, or equivalent industry experience. Typically, 15 years of general IT and/or business analyst of IT systems work experience. 5+ years of experience in the development and deployment of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Large Language Models (LLMs) AI. Proven experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face, particularly in fine-tuning and optimizing large language models. In-depth knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and multimodal AI systems. Proficiency in Python and experience working with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Strong understanding of model evaluation metrics, optimization techniques, and deployment challenges as related to both end-user adoption and accuracy and trust of AI model results. Experience with Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) practices for model monitoring, versioning, and continuous integration.
