About the Role:
Lead Asset Management department for Equipment Finance, including providing valuation analysis and support to Working Capital and Structured Finance Groups.
What You Will Do:
Oversee all collateral valuations, lease residual setting, pricing (work with Credit and Sales to structure deals, recommend advance rates, review pricing for accuracy and reasonableness), end of lease, repossessions, asset disposition, asset monitoring, and performance reporting. Develop and oversee the execution of all policies and procedures pertaining to collateral within Equipment Finance, including, but not limited to, reviewing and maintaining equipment return/maintenance provisions, providing support on landlord waivers and access agreements, etc. Manage the work, performance, and development of the Asset Management team. The Asset Management team handles all lease returns, equipment buyouts and loan payoffs, and determines Fair Market Value at the end of the lease. Manage the remarketing of equipment and develop a third-party network of resellers and appraisers to liquidate collateral. Oversee quarterly/annual collateral review process, including true lease residual impairment testing. Appraisal review including development of scope of work for 3rd party appraisals. Manage equipment inspections, including selection of inspectors and specific inspection criteria. Other duties as assigned.What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience Typically, 8+ years with bachelor's or equivalent. The ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation. The ability to partner and influence at various levels, both internally and externally. Salary range: $99,501.91 – $183,764.31
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
