Job Description

The Director of Business Operations (BizOps) will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our global business strategy alongside the C-Suite, with a focus on driving operational efficiency, taking bold pivots, and maximizing the business outcomes of our executive-sponsored initiatives. Reporting through the Office of the CEO, this leadership position will oversee multi-function initiatives, global process improvements, and leadership team performance metrics. Our successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of driving results in business operations, especially within the sales & marketing function.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of global business operations, with a focus on driving efficiency and maximizing the effective connection between GTM and R&D functions.

Manage and optimize business processes across various departments, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, and proper talent is hired and trained to deliver results.

Analyze business performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in partnership with the global BI team.  Identify key actions and initiatives to take as a result of the learnings

Partner with cross-functional teams to address operational issues and ensure seamless execution of corporate OKRs.

Provide timely adjustments to reduce and avoid critical inefficiencies based on real-time revenue results.

Stay informed of industry trends and best practices, incorporating new technologies and methodologies into our business strategy to maximize a high value exit.

Maximize the effectiveness of new packaging & pricing strategy.  

Work closely with product, operations, and marketing leadership to test, measure, and enable the global GTM team on our new packaging & pricing strategy.  

Offer monthly learnings and recommendations to the executive leadership team based on initial experimentation in the market.  

Work to roll out changes with an agile and start up mindset.

Increase embedded partner attach rate by 10%.  

Partner with the global enablement function to manage the rollout of new assets, messaging, and pricing in support of increased attach.

Partner with embedded partners to optimize pricing and rollout creative joint marketing strategies

Join new business and customer sales calls to both teach and learn how best to position new offerings

Work with the finance organization to build predictable growth and expense models to drive growth investment year over year.

Drive annual budgeting/planning process

Partner with the FP&S team to support annual budget planning (throughout H2).  

Work with each departmental to set and negotiate budgets aligned to the board approved growth plan.

Facilitate trade-off conversations between finance and each departmental leader

Bring customer adoption data and programs to life.

Partner with our marketing & product organizations to develop and roll out an effective customer marketing and awareness program & product tooling.

Measure the success of campaigns - connecting outcomes to direct revenue impact

Support the development and enablement of industry specific case studies to be leveraged by the demand generation team

Work with the VP Customer Success to redesign the QBR process to incorporate new consumption based insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.

8+ years of experience in GTM or ops-focused roles at global, high-growth organizations, with a focus on driving measurable results.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, derive insights and make data-driven decisions.

Proven track record of optimizing performance across multiple departments.

Experience leading and managing teams, with a focus on driving collaboration, accountability, and results - though this role will not manage teams immediately, the potential to become a manager overtime is high.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving innovation and growth.

Willingness to travel periodically to global regions as needed.
