Responsibilities are anchored in Brand Strategy, Brand Content, and Brand Governance.
More specifically:
Strategic Consultation: Lead firm-level initiatives by providing expert consultation and oversight, evaluating business strategies, and making independent, strategic decisions to achieve objectives.
Brand and Content Strategy Leadership: Direct the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies, including applying audience segmentation insights, leveraging brand architecture, and executing long-term content planning.
Measurement Framework: Establish brand metric benchmarks at national and market levels; develop strategies to leverage brand strengths and opportunities.
Omni-Channel Direction: Guide the development and implementation of sophisticated national integrated advertising campaigns to differentiate our brand and drive business outcomes.
Enterprise Brand Content Strategy: Develop and oversee a unique brand point-of-view and innovative creative ideas for enterprise content across all stakeholder groups.
Campaign Development: Lead the creation and execution of content marketing campaigns that support an $80M+ media buy and drive desired business results.
Business Influence: Communicate strategic opportunities and recommendations to senior leaders, negotiating solutions that maintain brand integrity and drive business growth.
External Partner Leadership: Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure alignment with brand objectives and maximize ROI, overseeing a $6M+ annual budget.
Test & Learn: Drive innovation through test-and-learn methodologies, continually optimizing campaign performance and identifying new opportunities.
Team Growth: Foster the growth and development of brand strategy and content teams, shaping the team's focus and responsibilities to meet firm objectives.
Budget Management: Monitor program and project budgets and resource plans effectively and in collaboration with Project Management, to optimize firm investments to achieve the best results.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all marketing materials and campaigns meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time.
