Director, Broad-Based Compensation

As Director of Broad-Based Compensation, you’ll lead a team of individual contributors and team leaders responsible for delivering Rocket’s compensation programs throughout the organization. You’ll interact with executive leaders regularly and partner with HR Business Partners to understand business needs and provide compensation solutions that will power superior business results.
**About the Role**
+ Implement and manage compensation programs that support the company's business goals.
+ Manage incentive (sales) compensation program, including the design, implementation, and administration of incentive plans to drive performance and align with business objectives.
+ Maintain regular cycles for maintenance of compensation programs and data.
+ Oversee the design and administration of salary structures, job evaluations, and market pricing to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
+ Collaborate with HR, finance, and business leaders to ensure alignment of compensation programs with overall business strategy.
+ Onboard and manage technology solutions to automate manual and time-consuming activities.
+ Champion and model the highest standards of ethical conduct and decision-making.
+ Provide guidance and support to HR, business leaders, and team members on compensation-related matters.
+ Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation.
+ Develop and deliver training and communication materials to educate on compensation programs and policies.
+ Monitor and analyze compensation trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's compensation programs
**About You**
Minimum Qualifications
+ 5 years of compensation experience, supporting multiple business functions
+ 3 years of leadership experience
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance or related discipline
+ Certified in Compensation
+ Client service or HRBP experience
+ Experience using Workday, Varicent or Payfactors
