Qualifications:

8-10 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale platform implementationsExperience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project managementExcellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaborationAbility to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level, financially literate client executives on the basis of expertise, maturity, and professionalismProven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publicationsAbility to manage multiple projects of different scale and durationAbility to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensionsHuron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experienceWillingness to travel up to 50%
