KPMG is currently seeking a Director to join our Business Development Organization. Responsibilities: + Lead all aspects of the customer acquisition life cycle from pipeline development/account planning/account management, opportunity pursuit, meeting follow up, proposal, client procurement, contract negotiation, risk management, statement of work (SOW) development and revenue attainment + Build market awareness of KPMGs Workday services offerings, capabilities, and credentials + Educate KPMG account teams, the Workday field organization, and clients on how the solution helps address a client need or solve a client issue + Become a Solution Specialist in KPMGs Workday services solution + Bring focus, energy, and go-to-market skills to help our firm win more business, close cycle times, and improve our overall win rate + Demonstrate excellence in applying MarketEDGE, KPMGs sales methodology Qualifications: + Minimum of ten years of solution sales experience, preferably focusing on major national or global accounts with a verifiable track record of exceeding expectations; experience selling to state and local governments is highly preferred, including fund approval, procurement, and contracting processes unique to government. + Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university + Strong industry knowledge with Workday; subject matter expert is preferred + Exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of impeccable trust, confidence, and results, often exceeding several million dollars + Ability to understand complex content and relate content around industry issues, client needs, and KPMG service offerings + Demonstrated superior ability to develop and lead relationship building activities with C-Level executives, including CEO, CFO, COO, CHRO and/or CIO + Ability to travel as necessary + Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
