Job Summary: We are seeking an Experienced Financial Professional Recruiter to join our dynamic Business Development team. This role focuses on identifying and attracting top financial professionals to join our firm through proactive outreach, strategic marketing efforts, and effective relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the financial services industry, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruiting initiatives while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new recruits. Essential Duties Recruitment and Lead Generation: Develop recruiting leads through proactive outreach, including 100+ daily outbound calls utilizing Phoneburner, supplemented by emails when applicable. Screen and evaluate recruiting opportunities to identify high-potential matches with the firm. Generate leads through the rep referral program, third-party recruiting firms, and strategic marketing efforts. Marketing and Campaign Management: Collaborate with Strategic Projects to design and implement targeted marketing initiatives, including eblasts, direct mail campaigns, and event planning. Coordinate and execute marketing strategies to attract and engage potential recruits. Relationship Management: Build and maintain regular communication with enterprise contacts through weekly touch-base meetings to discuss pipeline status, marketing efforts, and recruitment progress. Participate in firm conferences and networking events to connect with financial professionals and enhance relationships for future recruitment opportunities. Provide world-class customer service by personally escorting prospective recruits during Home Office Visits and managing travel logistics. Onboarding and Transition Support: Oversee the transition of new recruits by collaborating with enterprise teams, transition coordinators, and other internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding tailored to the recruit’s business model. Industry Knowledge and Continuing Education: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of key industry topics, major competing Broker/Dealers, outside platforms, internal programs, and product offerings. Stay current with FINRA license requirements and participate in continuing education initiatives. Revenue Accountability: Meet annual revenue goals as set by Business Development Leadership, demonstrating measurable success in recruiting efforts. Education & Experience The ideal candidate would possess an advanced level of experience, typically around 7+ years of experience in results-driven recruiting within the financial services industry. Certificates & Licenses This job requires obtaining FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 99. Compensation: $100,000 plus incentive pay. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
