Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leadership across Commercial, Medical, Public Affairs and Access to help build out the processes, infrastructure, and tools needed to successfully commercialize. Manage cross-functional projects and planning workstreams, including Launch Planning, Medical & Brand Planning, and Business Reviews. Facilitate collaboration and communication across functions and stakeholders, ensure alignment and timely delivery of goals. Develop and maintain detailed work plans on key initiatives, including identifying project tasks, clear milestones, and assignments of work project responsibilities, schedules, plans, resources, and status reports Oversee day-to-day operations for the leadership teams, including supporting All Hands meetings, senior leadership presentations, and communications.   Manage complex workflows and prioritize initiatives based on organizational needs and objectives; identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. Ensure that best practices and operational standards are implemented across teams. Develop regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, summarizing operational performance, project progress, and key issues; provide actionable insights to improve business outcomes, informed by data and operational metrics. Cultivate community, connection, engagement, and support across CMPA. Manage a small team of operations managers that oversee processes such as the promotional and medical review process, Medical Education and Grants review, EAP and advisory board operations, and management of the call center; lead direct report(s) through annual goal setting, growth planning, adherence to company policies, maintain training compliance and provide ongoing feedback on growth, development and areas of improvement.

Qualifications/Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of relevant work experience, including 8+ years in business operations, project management, or similar roles, with a proven track record supporting cross-functional leadership teams. Experience working in or with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Public Affairs and Access functions (preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry). Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Demonstrated experience in managing, coaching and developing people. Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to collaborate with and influence senior executives and stakeholders at all levels. Strong drive for results; Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, navigating organizational structures by serving as a connector and catalyst driving decisions and impact with urgency. Collaborative and adaptable team player with a problem-solving mindset. Systems thinker who sees interdependencies and implications and solves for the whole. Effective at simplifying and challenging processes and complexity, to make way for efficient ways of working across the organization.

Salary Range: $226,000.00 to $267,000.00 .  Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
