**What you’ll be doing**
As the Director, Business Transformation & Portfolio Delivery, you will manage a team of project coordinators, financial analysts, and/or project managers, and will be accountable for leading Finance project portfolio planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring, as well as the delivery of projects, as well as ensuring governance adherence to EDF for all Finance projects.

**How you’ll succeed**
+ **Portfolio Management & Performance Monitoring –** Responsible for end to end Portfolio Finance support, including month-end close, management reporting and forecasting/planning.. Prepare consolidated view of annual funding requests and provide analysis to support senior leadership with the prioritization of projects based on resources required, economic impact, alignment with strategy, and urgency of execution. Coordinate presentation of project funding requests to the CFO and the enterprise governance bodies. Prepare monthly updates to the consolidated Finance project portfolio forecast for submission and consolidation in the bank’s regular forecasts. Prepare monthly updates for senior executives on the overall status of the portfolio, including progress / status of projects within the portfolio relative to established budgets, objectives and timelines, as well as identification of potential risks associated with projects. Ensure all Finance projects adhere to governance requirements as per EDF and policy and standards.
+ **Stakeholder Management –** Must have previous experience establishing and maintaining stakeholder and sponsor relationships. Help internal partners make informed decisions about programs and projects. Coach and mentor your teams as you work toward a common goal and negotiate deliverables and milestones whenever necessary. Build ongoing partnerships with key business partners.
+ **Effective Team Leadership –** Lead directs to manage relationships across the portfolio. Help directs grow and develop in their role and on the team, advancing their career goals at the same time as the objectives and goals of the team. Your communication skills, understanding of the program objectives of the team, and ability to inspire, will ensure that your team represents and balances the best interest of the programs and projects while providing high levels of support to their business partners.
+ **Continuous Improvement –** Implement best practices and lessons learned to improve to enhance future project selection and management processes. Lead successful onboarding and training for PMs and improve processes based on lessons learned.
+ **Strategic Thinking –** Work with Finance leadership to define the strategic direction of Finance Transformation including Finance technology transformation. Support the Strategic Planning process in partnership with the Finance Executive leadership team, and support the implementation of the approved strategic direction, objectives and business plans and ensure effective achievement of results for the division.
**Who you are**
+ **You can demonstrate experience.** In a Treasury, Capital Markets and/or Finance function. 7+ years accounting/finance experience. CA/CMA/CGA designation, or equivalent.
