Our highly experienced marketing consultants have a proven track record of delivering significant improvements in marketing effectiveness & ROI by showing our clients what else is possible rather than what has already been done. **Overview** **Who you are** + (m)PHASIZE seeks a future thought leader in marketing effectiveness and predictive analytics. The person will touch all aspects of our work, from data collection, hypothesis framing/testing, model development, model interpretation, and model-based marketing strategy formulation. **Responsibilities** **What you'll do** + Create MMM (market mix models), brand equity, and brand value modeling studies + Ensure timely delivery of MMM and other brand/marketing effectiveness studies + Lead engagements with clients' marketing planning, analytics, or strategy stakeholders + Navigate econometrical conversations with finance, data science, and other technical clients + Effectively partner with the Data Operations and Solutions Architecture team for new product design + Supervise Analysts in delivering competitive brand analytics and marketing effectiveness studies + Frame and address clients' business and marketing challenges + Discover and facilitate clients' marketing budgeting and measurement problems + Keep up-to-date with new developments in analytic methods in academia and industry + Suggest and create new product ideas in marketing analytics **Qualifications** + Proficiency in econometrics, numerical linear algebra, multivariate analysis, and statistical learning + 7+ years of experience in marketing effectiveness, i.e., MMM, brand equity modeling + 7+ years of experience in applying marketing effectiveness, i.e., budget sizing, portfolio optimization + 4+ years of experience in team leadership, specifically in growing marketing analytics team(s) + 4+ years of experience in project management – the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects + A bachelor's degree is required; a master's in quantitative discipline is a plus + Demonstration of creative thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail + Recognition that value comes from a collective effort + Proficient in statistical computing, like R, Python, or SAS + Highly proficient in data and spreadsheet tools, like MS Excel, Power BI, and SQL **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
