Description Non-Profit seeks a Director, Client Support who can develop support strategies, implement scalable processes, and foster a client-focused culture. As the Director, Client Support, you will respond to SaaS client inquiries, building strong client relationships, provide help desk support, set clear performance goals, and manage the communication channels between internal departments. The ideal candidate for this role should have an intense passion for client satisfaction, advanced multi-tasking capabilities, superb customer service skills and a strong drive for problem-solving.
