Keurig Dr. Pepper is seeking a strategic and results-driven Finance Leader to provide financial leadership to the $4B Coffee Business Unit. In this role, the candidate will collaborate with the VP, Finance – US Coffee, Coffee BU Leaders and lead a team to achieve top-line and operating income growth plans by providing strategic financial leadership while achieving strategic goals and financial plans. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, result-oriented leader with extensive financial planning experience within the Consumer Goods industry.
What you will do:
Lead the development of the financial plans and forecast for KDP’s US Coffee businessPartner with Revenue Growth Management on customer plans and activationEvaluate new partnerships and prepare partner pro-forma P&Ls to inform negotiations of partner terms & conditions of new business modelsLead and develop a high-performing teamPosition Responsibilities:
