General Summary:

Through direct reports, oversees all space allocation activities and office moves across Sheppard Pratt. Assists with the planning, reviewing and coordination of all Sheppard Pratt commercial real estate.  Manages and negotiates leases for Sheppard Pratt commercial properties.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Work requires one of the following combinations of education and experience; Bachelor’s degree in commercial real estate, engineering or related field plus 5-7 years of related experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role. AA degree in or related field plus at least 5 years of related experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role High school diploma/GED plus at least 7 years of related experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Work requires broad knowledge of real estate management including leasing and space allocation. Active commercial real estate license a plus. Work requires interpersonal skills sufficient to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, contractors, and state, local, and regulatory inspectors; supervise, train and motivate plant operations staff; to oversee the performance of service contractors; and to effectively coordinate work with other Sheppard Pratt departments. Work requires problem-solving skills sufficient to effectively coordinate, schedule and supervise a wide variety of trades and services and to set priorities.

Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience.
