In This Role\nManage and cultivate a strong relationship with existing hospitality customers to drive ongoing business growth through regular communication, tailored service, and proactive problem solving\nIdentify and drive sales strategies along with new business opportunities in the contract commercial sales sector \nNegotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company while maintaining positive relationships \nLeverage expertise in Salesforce, including sales pipeline tracking and management to optimize processes and drive business growth\nDevelop an actionable, strategic plan to recruit and build a high-performing sales team to support company growth which includes planning, forecasting, incentivizing, and ongoing development\nDemonstrate leadership skills to manage, guide, and inspire the contract sales team to achieve objectives and maximize Salesforce capabilities\nCollaborate cross functionally to identify and communicate product and pricing gap opportunities to gain market advantage \nDefine clear performance metrics and KPIs; implement plans to measure the success of the strategy \nPartner with Marketing and Accounting departments to ensure a seamless execution of sales initiatives \nCollaborate with Product Development and Merchandising teams to provide market insights, consumer feedback, and industry trends that guide product enhancements and innovation \nPrepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for senior leadership\nRegularly review and refine the sales strategy based on performance data, market changes, and customer feedback \nConduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the contract commercial sales market \nSupport a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and innovation from the sales team \nSchedule, attend and travel to trade shows to drive business opportunities\nUphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team\nOther tasks as defined by Management\n
The Ideal Person\n8+ years of experience in contract commercial sales management, with a proven track record of success \nExperience, credibility and a strong network base in the furniture space required \nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred \nThorough knowledge of the contract furniture industry, including competitors, projects in process and relationships with key influencers and decisions \nStrong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively \nExcellent leadership and team management abilities \nStrategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics \nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills \nProficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite \n
