Accountable

For the "lead to order" process:

Manage and drive the margin optimization program (NRM)

Maintain cutting-edge negotiation tools and processes

Oversee the design departments

Ensure the optimization and adherence to business processes

Ensure compliance with business rules (RACI)

Develop the team's skills to identify value creation opportunities for the organization

Mobilize and motivate the team, optimize resources, and ensure the team's participation in strategic markets

 

Responsible

Strategic and operational management tools

Reduce the team's response time to various requests by implementing efficient processes

Support the adoption of deployed tools by the entire sales team

Organize all activities to respond effectively and efficiently to needs

Adapt methods according to internal and external needs and changes

Knowledge of global commercial support processes, including negotiation, design management, and revenue optimization

Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills

Hold a university degree or equivalent experience

Have 10 to 15 years of experience as a manager in a similar industry

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while respecting deadlines and priorities

Leadership and collaborative spirit to inspire and mobilize teams to achieve excellence

Ability to address issues and problems by proposing solutions

Ability to quickly understand the needs of internal and external clients

Ease in supporting and advising business partners in analyzing their needs and finding solutions

A strong sense of responsibility

Proficiency in French and English to communicate easily with our units and partners in Quebec, English-speaking provinces, and the United States

Good knowledge of sales and demand management technological tools

Knowledge of SAP software and a CRM
