Job Description Purpose: To support in the development, implementation, and management of the Franchise A strategies and to facilitate the governance and business alignment with the alliances JBI and Genmab. Job responsibilities: + The commercial strategy director reports directly to the Vice president of Franchise A and is a member of the franchise leadership team. + Develops Business plans that incorporate long and short-range strategic planning, works closely with the Finance Director and the rest of the leadership on these plans. Structures strategic planning sessions. + Coordinates content for leadership team governance and develops Staff agenda. + Coordinates internal communications and culture efforts with functional leadership and PA team – including Franchise A Townhalls and dynamic communication efforts. + Plays an essential role in the management of critical projects as defined by the business. + Supports VP in important interactions and alignment with the 2 alliances to enhance efficiencies and agility in decision-making. This includes: + Collaborating on key co-commercialization projects and capability builds + Assist in VP preparation for multiple Leadership Alignment meetings, JCCs, JSCs, etc. + Plays leading role in emerging Franchise A portfolio management – field communication conduit and cadence, prioritization of BU1 assets and indications as examples. Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree – advanced degree – MBA/PharmD/MD. + 5 years plus pharma industry experience. + Proven strategic capabilities, organization, and communication skills. + Ability to work efficiently in a matrix organization.
