Primary Responsibility :
The Director of Compensation will lead our compensation initiatives through the design, development, implementation, and communication of our compensation programs and policies and will have an extensive background with Executive Compensation practices. This is a leadership position that will manage the team responsible for the creation and deployment of compensation practices and solutions through analysis, tools, process development and reporting. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with senior leadership, consultants and board members.

What Experience and Education You Need :
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with a focus on strategy development, executive compensation, variable pay programs and equity administration Strong knowledge of global compensation best practices, market trends and regulatory and compliance requirements Exception analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data, understand the results of the data and make data-driven recommendations and decisions Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading a team and managing multiple projects at once Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Excellent collaboration skills with different levels within the organization Experience working with global teams Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications to include Excel, Powerpoint and Teams Experience working with Oracle a plusWhat Could Set You Apart :
