We are seeking a Global Investigations Case Manager with superior data analytics skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a meticulous attention to detail and leverage their investigatory expertise and data analytics skills to enhance our investigation processes and uncover critical insights.
Role Purpose
This position will play a central role in JLL’s global ethics investigations and reporting program, triaging all new reports, providing guidance to local teams, driving ongoing investigations and corrective actions to closure, anti- retaliation assurance and reporting out to senior management. You will contribute to global Ethics & Compliance initiatives. Your will initiate and lead improvement projects to increase efficiency of our system, tools and processes globally. You will be based in Chicago and comfortable with a hybrid work schedule, balancing both in-office and remote work.

What this job involves:
Review, triage, and assign incoming cases, assessing risks and escalating as appropriateDevelop and implement standardized processes and procedures for global investigators, ensuring they stay current with best practices and emerging trendsResponsible for extracting and analyzing data from large datasets, applying advanced data analytics techniques, and clearly labeling the results to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.Apply advanced data analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasetsCreate and maintain quality control measures for investigation methodologiesProduce comprehensive reports on global investigation performance and outcomesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize investigation efficiency and effectivenessAssist with investigation process and platform design enhancements, ensuring consistent reporting standards and data quality assuranceTrack open investigations, ensuring proper process and case closure documentationCoordinate anti-retaliation framework and monitor closed cases for timely corrective actions and potential retaliation signsProvide support and guidance to local Legal & Compliance and HR teams managing casesAssist with design and delivery of relevant training programs for Ethics & Compliance and Investigations teamsAnalyze reporting metrics to identify trends and emerging risks, preparing reports for senior management, Audit Committee, and public disclosureWork independently and collaboratively on improvement initiatives and time-sensitive investigationsProvide support for various Global Ethics & Compliance initiatives and projectsSounds like you?

Experience in managing or conducting employment, ethics or internal audit investigations in corporate settingsDemonstrated expertise in data analytics, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasetsExceptional attention to detail, critical for maintaining investigation integrity and accuracyIn-depth knowledge of employment law, corporate ethics, and/or relevant regulatory frameworksAdvanced skills in data analysis tools and statistical methodsSuperior written and verbal communication abilitiesProven capacity to manage multiple high-stakes investigationsSignificant experience using global case management platformDemonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment, work effectively on cross-regional and cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and complex environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a confident presenter who inspires confidence of colleagues and senior stakeholdersChampion of ethics and integrity, trustworthy and having excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsTeam oriented, with a track record of building collaborative and productive relationships and comfortable working with matrix reportingProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel etc.)Outstanding command of English required, other languages preferableWhat you can expect from us
