What this job involves - We are seeking an experienced consultant to join our team in a full-time role with one of JLL's premier oil and gas clients. In this role, you will serve as a Regional Experience Lead, responsible for building a regional workplace experience program, setting key milestones, and defining success metrics to ensure effective implementation and measurement.
What is the day to day?
Implement and manage the regional workplace experience program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and support local needs across all locations.
Drive innovation strategies and projects, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration while identifying emerging technologies and trends.
Leverage technology to enhance efficiency and create collaborative spaces.
Manage client relationships, ensuring programs align with client priorities, meet or exceed KPIs, and deliver exceptional service quality.
Lead and support key client and employee events.
Collect and analyze feedback from customers and employees to inform experience strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee workplace experience initiatives, including user experience programs, regional training, food & beverage, wellness, community engagement, and sustainability efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of workplace experience and innovation initiatives.
Monitor progress, provide regular updates, and ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in all activities.
Foster teamwork, encourage performance excellence, and develop team skills and capabilities.
Desired experience and technical skills -
Required
6+ years of relevant experience in real estate consulting or industry roles with a focus on workplace strategy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Adaptability to fast-paced working environments and changing client needs.
Deep understanding of workplace environments and an interest in emerging technologies.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in a relevant field
