**Long Description** **Role Purpose** Lead and execute Smashbox global communications strategy with a digital focus, fostering brand equity and positioning. Responsibilities include managing digital growth through social media, executing a cohesive social media strategy, and supporting the brand's online platform. Oversee a comprehensive public relations and influencer workstream as well as 360 workstreams by collaborating with various teams to present playbooks for regions, ensuring cohesive brand experiences, and contributing to the strategic planning and optimization of performance marketing channels. Drive strategic positioning, audience engagement, and successful market entries in the digital landscape. **Key Responsibilities:** **Innovate Digital Content Creation:** Set a strategic vision for digital content creation, execution, and dissemination aligned with brand equity and consumer targeting, fostering innovation and relevance in the ever-evolving digital landscape. **Cohesive Collaboration:** Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Marketing, Creative, Online, Regional Teams, Commercial, to define consumer journeys and co-create winning strategies, ensuring a cohesive and integrated 360 approach. **Data-Driven Decision Making:** Champion a strategic, data-driven approach to inform investment decisions across platforms, establishing and adhering to relevant KPIs for campaign successes. **Financial Optimization:** Allocate budget investment priorities, manage costs effectively across agencies and vendors, and optimize advertising and promotional spend to achieve maximum ROI. Operate with one budget, one brand mindset. **Strategic Platform and Partnership Management:** Collaborate with agencies on influencer and strategy and for earned-first strategic approach to campaign execution with EMV as priority KPI. **Description** **Skills Required:** **End-to-End Product Launches:** Proven track record of successfully overseeing end-to-end product launches, briefing, including ideation, content creation, and paid amplification. **Innovation Ideation:** Demonstrated experience in contributing to innovative ideation processes for digital content creation, ensuring uniqueness, relevance, and alignment with brand objectives. **Digital Marketing Expertise:** Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, encompassing social media and 360 GTM, with a focus on driving engagement, conversion, and brand visibility in the digital space **Global Strategic Planning:** Extensive background in developing and executing global strategic digital marketing plans with a global perspective and adaptable for regions **Consumer-Centric Approach:** Demonstrate a deep commitment to understanding and meeting consumer needs, with a focus on creating experiences that resonate and drive brand loyalty and equity. **Digital Fluency and Familiarity with Digital-First Campaigns:** Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, coupled with a keen understanding of executing digital-first campaigns, ensuring a seamless integration of digital strategies into overall marketing efforts. **Qualifications** + Storytelling skills & Strong writing skills + Minimum 8+ years related experience + Immersed in social media trends + Global Mindset; Balances tradeoffs between global consistency vs. regional nuance + Connects cultural insights to drive creativity/’big ideas” + Media, Influencers & Online Models
