ABOUT THE ROLE

The Director of CoRe Product will lead product strategy, development, and optimization for our commercial and retail deposit and lending products. This includes business deposits, treasury management services, consumer deposits, and consumer lending. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, ensure a competitive product portfolio, and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Product Strategy & Roadmap

Develop, communicate, and maintain a strategic product roadmap for all assigned product lines. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive forces to shape product vision and strategy.

Product Development & Lifecycle Management

Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and design to launch and ongoing enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and best-in-class client experience. Define success metrics and continuously monitor product performance to drive improvements.

Revenue Optimization

Develop pricing and packaging strategies that enhance profitability while remaining competitive in the market. Identify and capitalize on revenue-generating opportunities across the product portfolio (e.g., cross-selling, upselling, activation, and usage).

Risk & Compliance

Ensure products meet all regulatory and compliance requirements. Manage product-related risk by monitoring key metrics, establishing controls, and implementing corrective actions where necessary.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities and areas for differentiation. Leverage client and market insights to guide product positioning and value propositions.

Leadership

Lead and mentor product managers or product-focused teams. Communicate product strategies and performance to senior leadership, providing recommendations for improvement and investment.

Client-Centric Focus

Champion the client experience, ensuring that products align with client needs and feedback. Partner with internal teams to gather insights and ensure product adoption and satisfaction.

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA or advanced degree -preferred). 8-10 years of product management experience in banking or financial services with a minimum of 3-5 years of people leadership experience. Demonstrated success in revenue growth and product optimization. Strong knowledge of commercial and consumer banking products (deposits, treasury management, and consumer lending). Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies aligned with organizational goals. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
