Director, Corporate Development & Strategy
SUMMARY: With unmatched experience and expertise in technology-enabled recovery audit services and data analysis resulting in strong and a tangible return on investment to clients, PRGX helps our clients improve performance across all variables in the source-to-pay process.  We quickly and securely aggregate large volumes of complex data and disparate sources, apply data intelligence solutions to the data to uncover actionable insights, and implement strategies to help improve processes, supplier relationships, and margins for our clients. PRGX is seeking an individual to partner with business leaders and the Board of Directors to develop and execute the company’s strategic plan and identify and execute on corporate development opportunities.  The preference is for the role to be based in the company’s global headquarters in Atlanta. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: ·        Reporting to the CEO and in collaboration with business leaders and the Board of Directors (BOD), develops and executes the company’s strategy, accesses end markets for growth opportunities and potential acquisitions. ·        Collaborates with business leaders and the BOD to identify, engage, assess, and prioritize opportunities that align with the company’s strategy and growth objectives. ·        In partnership with stakeholders, develops financial models to evaluate potential opportunities  financial projections and review comprehensive financial valuations, cash flow, internal rate of return, accretion/dilution, transaction analysis, etc. ·        Coordinates due diligence activities to identify and assess risks and opportunities of the proposed transaction including operational, financial and integration synergies/issues. ·        Prepares presentation materials for the BOD and other stakeholders. ·        Participates with the BOD in negotiating deal terms, structures and conditions. ·        Stays abreast of market trends and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities for growth. ·        Maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including potential acquisition targets, investment banks, legal advisors, and others as needed. WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Required: ·       Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field. ·       Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate development or similar function with a track record of participating in successful transactions of various types and sizes. ·       Exceptional financial and analytical skills with the ability to assess complex financial data and create financial models to make informed decisions. ·       A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. ·       Strong strategy development and project management skills. ·       Ability to work independently with a strong bias for action. Preferred: ·       Master’s degree or Bachelor's degree with strong experience in finance, accounting, economics or related field. ·       Experience in/exposure to technology-enabled business services or related industries.   Preference Given: ·       Experience in/understanding of source-to-pay, procure-to-pay, or similar processes. ·       Experience in data-oriented industries or companies with success in monetizing data. ·       Experience completing M&A transactions in data-oriented industries or companies. Not Considered: ·       Candidates with only consulting industry experience. ·       Candidates with only accounting industry experience. ·       Candidates with only SaaS/technology industry experience.
