Director, Corporate Finance, Planning Cycles
**General Description:** The Corporate Finance Director, Planning Cycles, will be a key member of the Beigene Corporate Finance team. This role is responsible for leading the consolidation of Beigene’ s Forecasting, Annual Operational Plan (AOP), and Long-Range Plan (LRP). Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Corporate Finance, the incumbent will collaborate with various functions, inc luding Commercial, R&D, TechOps, and G&A. This position is based in the US. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a dynamic, unstructured environment, with a focus on enhancing the company's planning cycles. This includes redesigning robust financial planning processes, coordinating consolidation efforts, and delivering clear and concise plans to Beigene’ s senior management. This role requires engagement with strategic initiatives and a practical approach to improving Beigene's planning cycle proce sses. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented, with strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a sense of urgency. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead financial planning efforts, including Forecasts, Annual Operating Planning (AOP), and Long -Range Planning (LRP). + Establish and communicate the annual calendar for planning cycles, ensuring effective execution. + Partner with the Beigene TM1/System team to manage systems throughout the planning cycles. + Present and propose plans to the Beigene CFO, including potential changes to bottom -up inputs from various functions. + Consolidate final presentations with clear storytelling, making concise and relevant analyses to enable Beigene leadership to make informed decisions. Consolidate and review Legal Entity forecasting, guiding the FP&A community during planning cycles. + Provide visibility to the Treasury and Taxes team on Legal Entity reporting. • + Oversee the consolidation of Revenue, COGS, OPEX, and cash flow. + Responsible for forecasting stock-based compensation. + Handle ad-hoc projects as they arise, including assisting Beigene Corporate Finance in improving processes. + Manage a small team in the Corporate Finance team Education Required: + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required. + MBA is desirable Qualifications: + BS/BA/MBA with10+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis. + Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry / biotech is required. + Corporate Finance experience is preferred. + Experience as a Finance business partner (Commercial, R&D, or G&A) is a plus. + Advanced user of TM1, Excel, PowerPoint, and Think Cell. + People management experience is required. + Result-oriented with a clear can-do and problem-solving attitude, coupled with a clear sense of urgency. + Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), necessary for daily interaction with senior management. + Ability to deal with strategic topics while also having a hands-on approach. + Minimum travel required All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
