Position Overview:
We are looking for a Director of Creative Services to lead our design, video, and copywriting teams. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of marketing expertise and business acumen, and will be a seasoned, experienced manager of people, someone who can inspire others while taking our creative output to a new level as we continue to grow and evolve as an organization.
This person in this role will be a true team leader, detail oriented and organized, have a great understanding of marketing, campaign planning, and will have an eye for creative innovation.
Responsibilities:
Lead our design, video, and copywriting teams in crafting compelling creative assets for Events, digital, paid media, email and social media campaigns
Mentor and develop a talented team of creatives, ensuring delivery of high-quality assets
Champion creative excellence, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
Develop creative strategies that enhance brand positioning and communicate value to global audiences
Drive innovation and ensure alignment with the company’s brand strategy and business priorities
Activate brand elements and apply brand guidelines and standards consistently across all work to ensure unified market presence
Partner closely with brand strategy team to identify opportunities to provide deeper brand guidance on the Entrust brand system
Partner with corporate-wide stakeholders (events, brand marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, PR, channel, sales, and HR) to define creative strategies and tactics that align with approved program briefs
Manage workload resources for the team, including external agencies and partners
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or Art Direction
10+ years’ experience managing a team of internal and external creative resources
Strong communication and influence capabilities to manage multiple stakeholders and creative providers in an agile fashion
Experience in B2B technology businesses with global audience and complex product portfolio
Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate the creative vision, concepts, ideas, and solutions to stakeholders and internal teams
Experience with workflow applications (i.e., Workfront, Asana) and digital asset management systems
Ability to excel in an ever changing and fast-paced team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or Art Direction
Experience in cybersecurity or identity and access management industry
Familiarity with campaign performance metrics/analytics
Experience managing a budget
Compensation Range:
The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $151,031-$221,512 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan.
