Your Role at Raising Cane’s:
The Director of Creative Services is an account management role. They will lead the team that oversees the sourcing, negotiating, scheduling, communication, and management of vendors and resources, while collaborating closely with the creative team on ideation and execution of all print, digital, and motion assets. leads the creative development of all customer-facing advertising and promotional efforts, including POP, audio, video, OOH, digital, social, apparel, packaging, and SWAG. This role requires a detail-oriented, strategic, confident, and proactive individual with exceptional problem-solving skills to help lead the in-house Creative Services team and external agency partners, ensuring deadlines are met and delivering best-in-class advertising.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
Provides direction and support to internal and external teams in developing all advertising and promotional efforts, including primary and secondary campaigns, regional and local advertising campaigns, international campaigns, and competitive bluntingCollaborates with Brand, Marketing Communications, Media, and Restaurant Marketing teams to ensure the successful launch of each campaignOversees and manages relationships with media and agency partnersIdentifies opportunities for continuous improvement in the creative development process to support the company’s rapid growthPossesses in-depth knowledge of marketing, creative, and design processesUtilizes an operations and logistical mindset to drive to deadlinesDemonstrates expert time management, project management, and organizational skillsProvides support for the restaurants and serves as a leader in developing strategic creative solutions for the field-based teamsQualificationsRequirements for Success:
10+ years of experience at an advertising agency or in a creative services role requiredExperience in directing agency relationships and working with creative and media teamsMicrosoft proficient: Excel, PowerPoint and WordExperience within the QSR industry (with franchise operations) highly desirable Expertise in creative and design strategy development, as well as project management from concept to executionExperience and knowledge in all marketing communication channelsExcellent organizational skills and the ability to be resourcefulExperience mentoring and leading a team of direct reportsDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changingSelf-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skillsAble to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaborativelyBachelor’s degree required (Marketing or Advertising degree preferred)Additional Information
