This role is responsible for overseeing Business Intelligence and data warehouse initiatives utilized by internal and external stakeholders. Key focus areas include dashboard visualization and reporting, data warehouse solution design and development, and data ingestion, quality assessment, and delivery. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in office. **Responsibilities** Responsibilities + Lead Data Onboarding & Governance Initiatives: Serve as the primary BI lead to direct enterprise-wide data onboarding and governance initiatives across PHM. + Establish & Enforce Data Processes: Partner with Data & Tech and Media Tech teams to ensure BI requirements are integrated seamlessly into reporting frameworks. + Ensure Data Integrity & Flow: Act as the key liaison to maintain consistent data flow into PHM platforms. + HCP Data Lead & External Representation: Serve as the primary point of contact for HCP publishers, leading data discussions, addressing partner questions, and ensuring seamless data onboarding. + Cross-functional Leadership: Lead and collaborate with teams including data managers and project managers to optimize data integration and governance. + Single Point of Contact for HCP Data Management: Manage data ingestion across all PHM HCP accounts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance. + Client Data Onboarding Support: Work closely with internal account teams to address specific client data onboarding needs. + Enforce Data Standards with Third Parties: Ensure third parties adhere to PHM’s data file layouts and provide immediate feedback using PHM’s internal data ingestion QA processes. + Liaison Between BI & Tech Teams: Develop and enforce onboarding standards and processes between BI and Data Tech teams, advocating for BI needs with external data partners. + Support PHM Data Sourcing Initiatives: Play a critical role in PHM’s data sourcing efforts to ensure smooth onboarding into PHM platforms. + Expertise Across PHM Client Base: Work across HCP and DTC media, data integration projects, scoping/staffing, contracting for data use, and third-party partnerships. + Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Demonstrate high emotional intelligence in managing internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration, and resolving challenges. **Qualifications** + Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Multi-Channel Marketing & Data Utilization: Strong understanding of how clients use data across various marketing channels to reach their target audiences. + Core Competencies: + Project & Time Management + Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills + Quantitative & Data Interpretation Skills + Strong Communication & Stakeholder Engagement + Intellectual Curiosity & Continuous Learning + Experience managing and developing high-performing teams, including mentoring and overseeing workflow management. + Technical Proficiency: + Power-user of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. + Experience with business intelligence software such as MicroStrategy, Datorama/MCI, and related tools. + Willingness to Travel: Occasional travel as required based on client needs. **Additional information** Compensation Range: $110,580 - 173,995 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
